Claims Professionals must act quickly and thoroughly to make sound decisions. Our Claims Professionals interact with vendors, insureds, agents, and claimants on a daily basis.

Adjusters
Physical Damage Adjusters
Physical Damage Adjusters work closely with customers by visiting accident scenes, estimating equipment and cargo damages, developing relationships with body shops to get accurate costs, and resolving claims in a timely manner.Liability Adjusters
Liability Adjusters handle claims that are brought to us from parties other than our insureds. They determine coverage, investigate liability issues, assess damages, direct independent adjusters and attorneys, and negotiate settlements.
Workers Compensation Adjusters
Workers Compensation Adjusters specialize in bodily injury claims that arise within the scope of employment. They are responsible for investigating claims and negotiating settlements using litigation management, medical management, and cost containment.
Claims Support Services
Claims Assistants and Support Specialists help adjusters prepare and send reports, enter status updates on files, provide excellent customer service to our insureds and claimants, and provide clerical and data entry in a fast-paced department.Office Claims Processors
Office Claims Processors (OCPs) are the front line of our claims department. They receive loss reports from insureds and claimants, record and verify facts, assign losses for investigation, and establish reserves. They possess excellent communication, computer, and customer service skills.Subrogation Professionals
Subrogation Professionals recover deductibles, paid losses, and other direct expenses from responsible parties. They analyze files to determine subrogation potential, negotiate settlements, and provide direction for litigation attorneys. Many of our subrogation professionals have a background in education or law.
