New employees are assigned a mentor to learn about the culture and expectations, to be introduced to other employees, and to be offered guidance.Insurance Education & Professional Designations
100 percent of the cost for approved course work resulting in a qualified professional designation is paid. Successful completion of certain courses is recognized with financial rewards.Tuition Reimbursement + Educational Assistance
Up to 50 percent of qualified expenses for college courses is paid. Courses directly related to the job may be paid up to 100 percent.
